This summer we invite you to forest bathing in Hildasholm's beautiful garden - a quiet moment where you can land in yourself and let nature do its thing. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku as it is called in Japan, is a health-promoting method that lowers stress levels and strengthens the immune system.
Together with Jeanette Palmqvist from JP's Praktik, you will be guided through simple exercises for presence, stillness and relaxation in nature. We end with a good breakfast in the café. No prior knowledge is required - just a willingness to stop and be.
