Friends of Hilda

Sunday 12 January 2025 was a historic day for Hildasholm, when the new Friends of Hildasholm was formally established. Around twenty committed people gathered in Leksand's old courthouse to attend the inaugural meeting, where the association's statutes were adopted and a board was appointed.

The first Board, which will operate until the first Annual General Meeting on 3 May, consists of Ilkka Pärni, Johanna Nobelius, Margareta Åslund, Jennie Holfve and Christin Edström. Maggan Björklund joins as an alternate.

Before the annual general meeting in May, the association hopes to have the organisation number and bank account in place, which will enable the receipt of membership fees.

"I am very much looking forward to working with this board and building the association together. There is great enthusiasm and many ideas about what we can do to support and enhance Hildasholm", says Christin Edström.
