Walking into Hildasholm is like entering another world, a trip into yesteryear with glimpses of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.
Here one can admire the collections of curious objects that have been brought to Hildasholm during the early 20th century.
Hildasholm’s gardens, planned and constructed by Hilda Munthe during the 1910’s and 20’s, offer the visitors of today both astounding beauty and pleasant surprises. It’s easy to lose all track of time in the midst of the gardens.
From May to September you can enjoy garden walks, sculpture exhibitions and guided tours of Hildasholm. Stop by our café and try some home baked goods or afternoon tea, or drop in one of our many events such as our classical music festival or children’s theatre week.
