  3. Election of the chairperson and secretary for the meeting and two verifiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The Board of Directors' report<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Approval of the balance sheet and profit and loss account<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  7. Query about board discharge<\/li>\n\n\n\n
