We have a large and beautiful garden and a house with an interesting history. Unfortunately, our accessibility is not what we would like, as Hildasholm is a listed building which makes adaptations difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Car parking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have a disabled car park just outside the gate, and it is also possible to enter through the white wooden gate to get directly to the caf\u00e9. Other guests are referred to the car park on the gravel field at the entrance to Hildsholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gardens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The gardens are partly accessible with a walker\/wheelchair, preferably with assistance. The courtyard is paved with cobblestones and the paths in the garden are covered with wood chips or gravel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, the house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility and is therefore not suitable for visitors with walkers, wheelchairs or prams. The building has high thresholds and stairs to the upper floor. To enter the house, there is a handrail at the entrance staircase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handrails for the wings are under application to the County Administrative Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toilets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A toilet adapted for people with disabilities is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Photography<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Photography is permitted on Hildasholm for private use. However, the use of flash and tripods is not permitted. The museum artefacts are fragile, so be careful not to get too close. Please also be considerate of other visitors. For copyright reasons, individual works may have photo bans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
